A 20-year veteran in the world of college admissions, Claudia Mallchok has a unique breadth of experience and important relationships that keep her at the forefront of evolving industry trends. Approachable and understanding, Claudia quickly builds trusting relationships with her client families. She believes that a well-planned and intentional college search process yields multiple future options for the graduating senior.

Through her work with Stodghill College Consulting, Claudia expertly guides and supports students through every phase of the college selection journey. From curating potential college lists to ensuring each student’s unique story is told through a refined personal essay, she purposefully and professionally helps lead families through the sometimes stressful and always formative high school years.

Since 2003, Claudia has been a member of SACAC (Southern Association for College Admission Counseling), the largest regional affiliate of NACAC. As former Executive Board Member and Chair of the Professional Development Committee, she mentored new members, sharing her expertise. Closer to home, Claudia is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, and is active in Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute. After her two daughters headed to college, she opted to leave her 13-year career as Associate Director of College Guidance at Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga to work with a more diverse group of high school students nationwide. Claudia’s fine-tuned approach consistently helps to temper the often emotional American rite of passage that is the college search process.
